Jamie Osman has joined Ipswich Town as Head of Analysis as the club beef up their backroom staff for the Premier League season.
Osman previously worked for West Ham for 13 years, starting in the Academy and rising to become Head of Performance Analysis in 2014. He left at the end of last season following David Moyes’ departure as manager.
Writing on LinkedIn at the time, he said: “It’s been an incredible experience from the Championship through to winning the Europa Conference League and I’m immensely proud of the department that has been built over my time at the club.”
Following Osman’s arrival, Will Stephenson has moved from Lead Performance Analysis to Head of Recruitment Analysis. In addition, Cillian Callaly has arrived from Arsenal, where he had worked for three years, to become First Team Analyst.
Elsewhere, the former Cardiff City manager Mark Hudson has been appointed Set Piece and First Team Coach. Hudson’s most recent role was as Defensive Coach at Sheffield United last season.
Meanwhile, Physio Alex Chapman has left the club after 15 years.
