Dominic May has left Arsenal after eight years to become First-Team Physical Performance Coach at Brighton.

May joined the Gunners in February 2016 as Performance Coach for the Under-9s to U16s and went on to work with the U18s and U21s (from June 2019).

Writing on LinkedIn, he said: “It was an honour. After an incredible eight-year journey with the club, I have made the decision to pursue new opportunities and challenges in my career.

“Working with the talented individuals at Arsenal has been a privilege, and I am immensely grateful for the experiences, friendships, and memories forged during my time here.

The dedication and passion of the players, coaching staff, and everyone associated with the club have truly made this chapter of my professional life unforgettable. Strong Young Gunners.”
