Mark Mason: Worked under Phil Neville for Inter Miami and England Women

MARK MASON has been appointed Head of Academy Goalkeeping at Arsenal following the promotion of Terry Mason (no relation) to first-team duties.

Mark was previously Head of Goalkeeping and Set Piece Coach under Phil Neville at Inter Miami from February 2021 to December 2022. He had worked with Neville when he was Goalkeeper Coach with England Women and the men's youth teams.

From 2012 to 2016 he worked for Brighton, in both Academy and first-team roles. Terry Mason, who has been appointed assistant first-team goalkeeper coach, joined the Gunners as Head of Academy Goalkeeping in June 2021. He had previously been first-team keeper coach at Southend United.

Arsenal's first team Head of Goalkeeping is Iñaki Caña Pavón, who joined from Brentford in December 2019.
