TGG Live: Recovery Webinar

RECOVERY is more important now than ever, because unprecedented fixture congestion is leaving so little time between matches and leading to an ever-present risk of fatigue and injuries.

In this online event, expert practitioners will be telling you how they monitor recovery at their clubs - and about the methods and tools used to promote it.

There will be insights into the approaches at both Academy and first-team level, as well as learnings in the areas of nutrition, sleep and psychology.

The Recovery Webinar is a full-day event on Wednesday March 10th. It will be via Zoom and tickets are available HERE. Places are limited.

There will be the opportunity to ask questions and share you own thoughts and experiences at the end of the sessions. A recording will be made available to ticket holders for seven days after the event.

The schedule is below, with short biographies of our speakers (in alphabetical order) after that.
