Joe Shulberg: Joined Norwich in July 2017

JOE SHULBERG has been promoted to Academy Manager at Category One Norwich City.

Shulberg joined the club in July 2017 as an Academy coach and rose up the ranks to become a Lead Coach and then Academy Head of Coaching last August. He had previously worked for Yeovil Town's Academy for three years.

As Academy Manager he replaces Jennifer Rice, who took on the role two years ago after 12 years at Wolves, latterly as their Head of Academy Operations. Rice left Norwich at the end of last season because of family commitments.

At the same time Steve Weaver was appointed Head of Football Development, a role which he continues.

Tom Hart, who was Professional Development Phase Coach, takes on Shulberg’s former role of Head of Coaching.
