NOTTINGHAM FOREST have appointed Swansea’s Dan Morris to the new position of Head of Data Insights.

Morris has been a data scientist at Swansea since 2017. Writing on LinkedIn, he said: “After an incredible five years at Swansea City, I’m happy to share that I have recently started a new position as Head of Data Insights at Nottingham Forest. Exciting times ahead.

“Thanks to everyone who supported me and I had the pleasure of working alongside during my time at Swansea. Never easy leaving the club you love, but the time was right for a new challenge.”

George Syrianos has been Head of Data and Analytic Recruitment at the club for the last four-and-a-half years. He was previously Head of Analytics at VFB Stuttgart.
