Lee and Morgans leave Palace after Hodgson arrival
Morgans is the former Liverpool Head of Fitness and Science

SAMMY LEE, Ryland Morgans and Orlando Trustfull have left Crystal Palace following the arrival of Roy Hodgson as manager.
Lee was appointed Sam Allardyce's assistant in January and retained when Frank de Boer succeeded the former England boss in the summer.
Morgans, the former Liverpool Head of Fitness and Science, also joined in January as Head of Performance under Allardyce. He holds the same role with the Welsh national team.
Andros Townsend praised Morgans' impact as the Eagles retained their Premier League status.
"I wasn't fit enough in the first half of the season," the England winger said. "Ryland Morgans came in and changed that. He's got my getting the most out of my body."
Morgans described his role as "overseeing all aspects of performance which contributed positively and negatively towards winning a Premier League game.
"So that initially covered creating a new training methodology for the team - how do we train and when do we do it. The remit also involved looking at monitoring player training and match load, recovery, nutrition and supplements, injury prevention, rehabilitation, strength and power, and linking the coaching, medical, fitness, psychology and analysis departments together."
Trustfull, the former Holland international, arrived with De Boer in the summer, having also been his assistant at Ajax and Inter Milan.
Hodgson has brought trusted lieutenant Ray Lewington with him to Selhurst Park as assistant and also appointed Steven Reid, who played under him at West Brom, as first team coach. The 36-year-old has been on the Reading coaching staff for the last two years.
In a statement, Palace said: “We would like to thank Orlando, Sammy and Ryland for their efforts during their time in south London, and wish them all the very best for the future.”
